How long does it take to get my product?
Usually your item will arrive within 10 days of your order. However due
to the number of teams and products that we carry some items, due to
production delays and out of stocks, may take longer. Schools that
are not in the top 50 in merchandise sales may have to be special ordered and
may take up to 6 weeks. Golf Bags and Putters are made to order and
can take up to 4 weeks or more so these items are NOT available for 2nd
day or Next day shipping

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and
alteration of the information under our control.
All orders are transmitted on a fully secure SSL server. When you enter
your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across
the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when we
receive the order.
We encrypt every order to protect your credit card number and personal
information. Encryption is a process by which we use software to
scramble your credit card number and personal information in transit.
College Golf Store Commitment to Privacy
College Golf Store respects customer privacy. Any information
transmitted to us, whether inquiry or transaction related, will be
exclusively retained by College Golf Store. We do not sell, trade,
or transfer sensitive customer information to third parties.
We may, however, contact our customers from time to time regarding
new products, sales discounts, or other special promotions.
Return authorization is required from College Golf Store for any
returned merchandise. We cannot accept returns on used items, special
order merchandise or auctioned items. Merchandise must be in original
packaging and be resalable as new. All requests must be made within 30
days of delivery. Shipping charges are non refundable. Please email email@example.com
or call 1-317-219-3413 prior to returning any merchandise to obtain a RA #
. Merchandise return without an RA # is subject to a 15% restock fee. Please include
your credit card number with your return. for your safety we DO NOT keep
credit card numbers on file.
Golf Bags and Putters
Team Logo Golf Bags and putters are considered
special orders and will be charged a 20% Restock Fee . Bags and Putters
must be cancelled within 24 Hours of placing the order . Once
Bags and Putters are on order from our manufacturer they cannot be cancelled.
- Shipping Policy:
All orders automatically calculate shipping charges. You will receive an
email with your final total, including any shipping and/or tax charges
within 24 hours if there are any changes. If you question the amount added
for shipping please email us within 24 hours of receiving your
conformation. Most items are shipped within 3-5 business days. You
can expect to receive your order within in 7-10 business days. Custom
orders and smaller schools may take up to 8 weeks
Orders may SHIP AHEAD, when out of stock items are
included in multiple item orders. If an order is SHIPPED AHEAD and the
shipping method is by air, (Next Day, Next Day Saver, 2nd Day Air) the
remainder of the order will ship via Ground. You will not be billed for
the additional shipping. International orders will not be SHIPPED AHEAD.
All international orders shipping is calculated manually .
International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable
duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your
local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. NFL
Golf Store orders only include the cost of the item and the shipping. Any duty
or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.
International orders will not be SHIPPED AHEAD. (see above reference to SHIP
Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are subject to a $5 to $15 surcharge
depending on the weight of the package. This surcharge will be manually
added to your order after the order has been placed.
Because of increased Internet fraud, we are requiring proof of card
ownership for ALL NEW International orders over $50.00. Before we process any
NEW INTERNATIONAL ORDERS we must have a copy of the credit card statement with
the name and address of the customer the order is being billed to on file. It
